SHIPPING POLICY
All packages are shipped through USPS. If any item ordered contains lithium batteries, the package will automatically be shipped using USPS standard ship option.
All orders are processed within 3- 7 business days. Orders are shipped twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays using USPS. Customers have the choice of Standard and Expedited shipping at checkout. Tracking number will be provided once the order has been processed by our team.

Due to COVID-19, delivery dates and times may be delayed. If you are experiencing a delay in shipment, contact the USPS for updates and information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final, due to the hygienic nature of the intimacy and adult toys products. We do not accept returns, nor do we offer refunds or allow exchanges.
