Due to the importance of hygiene with intimacy and sex toy products all sales are final. We do not accept returns, nor do we offer refunds or allow exchanges.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being processed via UPS and USPS. Tracking number will be provided once the order has been processed by our team. Please allow at least 24 hours after package has been delivered to USPS or UPS for tracking updates.
